Seitz 225x Telescope User Review

We have completely lost confidence in this unit. Although technically the telescope I have got is still under guarantee, I do not think it is worth the time to try to get it sorted. I just do not believe any replacement of the same model will be any better.

This is a purchase where I feel I should have read up a bit more before buying. I could not say that it is a awful telescope but also I would not rush out to recommend this to friends and family. Overall it gets a four out of ten which is not bad but not good either.

We have had a horrible time with this telescope. Perhaps it is just me but I can not work it right and I think I am either going to throw it out with the rubbish or return it. A useless telescope in my opinion.

I am disappointed in the telescope. the product is not as good as my previous telescope. Also Seitz customer services is lacking- no response to three emails.
